A drum circle or an improvised music gathering would draw people out to the Square!
A kids corner... everything kid-related 5 and up. Learnings and fun activities brought by all the schools, daycares, and the library in PH.

Evening Bonfires, Concerts, and Food :)
Updates about volunteer opportunities (thanksgiving parade), community gardens, each Christmas decorating, block parties, garage sale days, library book sales, and Neighborhood school activities for people who want to attend but don’t have children in school.

Vendor space for home makers of clothes. Food. Jewelry and much more.
Music, hobby-themed activities that connect people relationally, cookouts, games, outdoor theatre (movie night? plays?)
The five daily prayers include: Fajr (sunrise prayer), Dhuhr (noon prayer), Asr (afternoon prayer), Maghrib (sunset prayer), and Isha (night prayer). Each prayer has a specific window of time in which it must be completed.
Square dancing or Polka playing.
Free, all you can eat pancake breakfast once a month.
Self defense/karate lessons.
Drum circle, jam sessions.
A coffee shop (McDonald’s is understaffed).
